At Dollovo, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is also required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, personal use, or product condition. Returns may also be declined if the item has been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must still be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
